We do our best to create the finest gear on the market, however, on occasion we don’t nail it the first time. For this reason, Sloggn unconditionally guarantees its products against defects in materials, design, and craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. If, however, the product just got too much love (but can you ever get too much love?) or you abused it in a fit of rage, we have a great upgrade, repair, and replace program at a very reasonable rate.

Sloggn designs and manufactures gear for the job that needs to get done, supporting customers who rely on our products to get home at the end of the day. Our warranty guarantees everything we build against defects in materials and craftsmanship, for the practical lifetime of the product. We will happily offer repair or replacement for issues with materials or craftsmanship. Damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse can be repaired for a reasonable charge.

Repair + Replace Program:
Oh, I loved my product too much! If this is your song, send us an email with pictures of the problem, we may be able to just send you a replacement part at cost or figure out how to keep your product on the road.

Upgrade as We Grow Program:
We allow registered users to trade in their older item for the newest model at 40% off. Return your old product and we issue a 40% off coupon. We take the old product, tune it up, and if salvageable, we resell it.

To submit a warranty/repair/replace/upgrade request, please complete all fields in the claim form below.

WARRANTY SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:

  • Once you submit your claim, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, within three (3) business days, you will receive another email with detailed instructions. Initially, if you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your SPAM folder for our reply before calling us.
  • If instructed to do so, ship us your package per the instructions provided in the email! Please write your CLAIM# in large and visible print on the outside of the box.
  • Once Sloggn receives your gear, we will evaluate for both warranty and non-warranty issues. Any warranty issues are fixed at no cost to you and shipping is covered by Sloggn.
  • If necessary, we will contact you with an estimate, detailing all non-warranty repair costs.
  • Your approval for the non-warranty repair work and payment information are required before we begin.

WARRANTY GUIDELINES:

  • We will do our best to repair your gear as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have your gear back to you within ten business days, however, during peak repair times, the process may take closer to one month. If you have an urgent situation, please email us at the address below, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Thanks for your patience – our repair gurus need time to do the best job in the industry on the best gear in the world!
  • The Sloggn Guarantee is a warranty/repair policy that is in place for the practical lifetime of your Sloggn product. We aim to get your gear back to a functional, working state. We will do our best to match all finishes and hardware. On occasion, we may have to use different colors and materials to get your gear back to working order. We consider our products tools – function and performance are paramount.
